With an overcast day in San Diego, it made for a perfect setting to host my first free coaching symposium with Carmel Valley Manchester Soccer Club. Having 8 players from their academy in the first team is something that is not happening anywhere else in the world and at the same time they are probably the best team in the world. This past weekend, three more of their academy players had significant playing time in the first team game bringing the number up to 11.
